Apple Picking in September

Share your favorite apple recipes.   Last night I made Carrot, Apple, Raisin, Bran Muffins/Pancakes.   With a need to experiment I scooped the batter out and cooked on a cookie sheet like a cookie but they, of course, turned out to be pancakes.  Not bad!
